Daily Rhythm for Montessori Homes

Sold Out
$0.00 USD
Minus Plus

I create these free materials in my limited spare time. If you use these digital materials and want to support their development, please buy me a coffee here.

Stuck at home in quarantine? Here's a nice, simple daily rhythm to help you structure your days.

What's Included?

  • Daily Rhythm schedule featuring beautiful imagery to accompany each part of your Montessori child's workday. This prints on regular, letter-size paper.
    What's the Rhythm?
    • good morning
    • prepare and enjoy breakfast
    • morning job & journal
    • three hour work cycle
    • prepare & enjoy lunch
    • recess & relaxation
    • handwork or reading
    • gather together to end your work day with a conversation, song, or story

Why Rhythm and Not a Schedule?

Schedules are wonderful and necessary in school, but I find that aiming for rhythm works better at home. Rhythm is forgiving, and it allows you to linger or move on at will.

Starting with the morning job & write in journal part, this rhythm will take my family from around 8:45 am to 3 pm. Maybe your family will take a bit longer, maybe not. And that's okay.

How wonderful to see a daily rhythm instead of a daily schedule. Easier to follow and let’s the child know what to expect. Love!!!
